このポータルからは、財務省　貿易統計のデータを用いて、GD Freak!が毎月更新するSITC2桁分類の財の輸出・輸入に関する月次グラフと年次グラフにアクセスすることができます。

このポータルからは、財務省　貿易統計のデータを用いて、GD Freakが毎月更新するSITC2桁分類の財の輸出・輸入に関する月次グラフと年次グラフにアクセスすることができます。集計・統合された財の動きを把握することでその業界の輸出・輸入の動向を把握するのに役立つでしょう。

※SITC(Standard International Trade Classification)コードとは、国連(United Nations)により定められた貿易財を分類するためにコード。

  • 月次系列：確報値で毎月更新、さらに翌年春に確定値が公表された後に遡及して確定値ベースに更新

 HSコードと系列の接続性の担保について

貿易統計で品目番号に用いられている「HSコード」（Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System）とは、国際貿易商品の名称および分類を世界的に統一する目的のために作られたコード番号のことです。我が国のコード番号は、世界共通の6桁の後に枝番として3桁を加えた9桁からなっています。

2017年1月から現在（2017年）のHSコードの6桁番号は、2017年に改定されたものですが、過去には、2012年、2007年、2002年、1996年、1992年と4～5年ごとに改定を重ねてきており、現行のコードの全てが必ずしも過去に遡ってそのまま接続可能という訳にはいきません。

そこでGDFreak では、現行のどの６桁番号がどの時点まで遡及して接続可能かを下表のようなルールを設けて見定め、作成する系列の全てが2012年基準であることを担保するよう努めています。

改定によるコード変更のタイプ接続のための対応
1対1：コード番号のみの変更遡及可能：改定後のコード番号に変換
n対1：n個のコードが1つに統合遡及可能：改定後のコード番号に変換して統合
1対n：1つのコードがn個に分割遡及不能

同様に4桁コードについても、6桁コードの変更が4桁の範囲を超えるか否かによって、その遡及可能な時点を判断しています。

 HPフィルタによるスムージングについて

月次系列のグラフの多くには、月々の複雑な動きから傾向をよみとるため、HPフィルタ（Hodrick-Prescott filter）によってスムージングした曲線が描かれています。
このHPフィルタは、経済学者の Robert J. Hodrick 氏とノーベル賞経済学者の Edward C. Prescott氏により1990年代に経済分野に導入され、時系列データのトレンド部分を抽出する方法として今日では広く利用されている手法の一つです。
